Most of the time when this happens the way you are describing, it is due to a Magnesium Deficiency!. Since Calcium and Magnesium work together in the body it is most likely that you are deficient in both of these!. If you are drinking sodas, you need to stop!. The phosphoric acid in those things depletes your body of calcium & magnesium!. Phosphoric Acid is the main ingredient in rust removers!. The sugar in those things is devastating to the body as well and don't be fooled into believing that the diet version is better!. Your body handles the diet product in the same way as the sugar product in regard to insulin production, etc!. In fact, the diet version is more devastating due to the 92 side effects it causes and since no sugar is their to process, the cells become more resistant to insulin faster on the diet junk!.

Your heart is a muscle!. Calcium & Magnesium play big parts in causing your muscles to work well!. Calcium is responsible for giving muscles their ability to contract and relax!. Most people get enough calcium in their diet, but lack the cofactors to allow the calcium to be digested, absorbed or used properly!.

That really depends on your age, lifestyle and current health situation!. I'm going to guess that you have little episodes of fluttering in your chest!.!.!.Where your heart races for a few seconds then goes back to normal!. If you are young and healthy, this may be something called PVCs!. It's frequently nothing to worry about!. Alcohol, smoking, caffeine or any other kind of stimulant can make these worse!. If you are older, if you have health problems, if the flutters make you feel weird (chest pain, light headed, dizzy), or if they seem to be worsening or becoming more frequent, it is more likely a serious problem!. Regardless, you should see a doctor and get an EKG, maybe an ultrasound of your heart and some blood work (to check electrolytes and your thyroid)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be using too much caffeine in your diet:
Coffee,tea,Pepsi,Coke,Dr Pepper,Mt Dew,Sunkist Orange,chocolate[candy,hot chocolate,chocolate milk]
and ESPECIALLY Energy drinks, which are nothing but sugar and caffeine, which come crashing down on people who drink them, after about four hours, at which time, people usually drink another one!

These caffeine drinks can all cause palpitations!. No, it is NOT good to have continued palpitations!. If these caffeine products are not being used by you, then you need to see your MD to find out what else is wrong!.

You don't have to stop everything, but at least cut in half what you are using every day!. You will see a difference!.
Drink more water, juices, etc!., especially water!. If you don't like water, try the flavored waters, with lotsa ice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
