Sounds like you have picked up a viral infection,especially if your glands are swollen!.

You need to go to docs maybe they give you anti bios for virus!.

People often mistake bad cold or infection for flu,but trust me flu will not let you outta bed,you will be feeling like death warmed up!. hope your better soon!.
You could take paracetamol for temperature if your not allergic to them!. think you'll have to just sit this out at home,as you wouldn't want to pass it on!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hah at the person who recommended anti-bios for virus!. Umm, that's not how it works!. I wouldn't say that the swollen glands necessarily mean it's bacterial, I mean - look at mono!. But you've definitely got a heavy body load!. We can't rule out virus or bacterial, but throwing up I know I usually have a bacterial infection!.!.!. and if poster above thinks glands usually denote bacterial **** then maybe that's more common!. Most likely, all the doc can do is prescribe bedrest and antibiotics if there's a chance they might be helpful!.
I can't rule out the flu, but I don't think my glands usually swell!.

Edit: Oh yeah, if it started out with the throat I'm guessing it's probably bacterial!. You should be able to get a prescription!. In the meantime, fluids, keep calm and occupied to pass the time but still rest!. I like to read when I'm sick, but the computer glare can be a *****!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would advice you to go to a nearest clinic and do some test, hiv test!. some of the symptons that you have mentioned goes along with the hiv symptoms, not that your are posetive!. it might be something else, but to be sure galfriend i would tell you to go now!. dont waste timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probably bacterial, considering the swollen lymph nodes in your neck!. Go see a doctor and have them run labs!. Ask for a z-pack (Azithromycin)!. Helped me a lot this past winter when I had the same symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
