This is gonna sound horrible, but you need to put your OWN neat urine on the rash, in a little while, your rash will dissapear like magic, honest lol!. mark my words!.(use a pad of cotton wool) and it does,nt smell either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hydrocortisone 0!.1% cream!. It controls the rash and at the same time, the itchiness!. It is applied 2x a day until 1 week (if there are still some rashes left, but you can discontinue it earlier)!. Zinc oxide (Desitin) may be applied on top of the hydrocortisone!. The zinc oxide helps in the healing of the rashes!. Taking a bath more often would also prevent further rashes!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep the area uncovered as often as possible to let the air get to it!. If you must cover it, wear natural fibers that breath, such as cotton!.

Cool the skin in the area with a cold wet compress or rag anytime it feels warm!.

Try aloe vera or camamile lotion if you want to put something on it!.

Try and get some aloe vera gel, its what they sell in Tenerife and its smashing - try Holland and Barret or somewhere like that!. You could take antihistamine tablets to help the itching, or use steriod cream like hydrocortisone you can buy over the counter at the chemist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always use lavender oil diluted in some water and applied with cotton wool!. it's not a miracle cure but it does take the sting and itch out of many things like prickly heat, insect bites and stings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
