Question: Skin lightening question!?
Is it true milk lightens skin!? i live in the Caribbean and my skin colour has darken over the years and i need a way to bring it back!. best answer gets 10 pointsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've never heard that milk lightens skin!. The only thing I've ever heard of for lightening skin is Michael Jackson and his bleach baths!.
Your skin keeps getting darker because you are in the Caribbean and you are getting more tanned!. If you were to move to somewhere like Alaska for 6 months!.!.You would lose your tan and revert back to the original skin color you mentioned!.
I do think though that you could stand to gain a little self confidence though!. There is nothing wrong with having dark skin!. It's who you are!. And if living in the Caribbean is darkening your skin and you don't like it, try using a high spf sunscreen and try to stay in the shade!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK well i am bajan too and me live in england me drink lots of milk but me find not that milk don't lightn me skin but me did find that de weather do, after de rain or after a heat wave me skin will lighten or darken but me skin go natural again!
