Question: Are sulfuric acid fumes dangerous to my health!?
I used a sulfuric acid declogger for my toilet and now my entire house is smelling like rotten eggs!. The smell is very foul and disgusting and it seems to be getting worse!. I'll be fine with the smell because I'm sure it will go away or I'll get used to it, but I'm worried that I'm hurting myself by breathing it in!. I've searched the internet but I can't seem to find the right information about this, so if you can help me that would be awesome!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you sure it was sulfuric acid!? That is really quite dangerous if it is inhaled!. If you smell rotten eggs, that is sulfur!. If your nose, eyes, throat and lungs are burning, that is more likely acid!. In any case, you should not take the chance of injuring your airways!. Immediately open windows and doors and vent the house with a large fan!. Vacate all people and pets until the air is cleared of the odor!.
