as I'm sure you know, tolerance is defined as someone who requires more of a drug to achieve the same effect once accomplished with lower doses!. This stage occurs at different times for everyone!. There is no specific amount of time!. Each individuals central nervous system reacts differently to opioids or any drug!. So there is no way to pin down a set number of days or weeks for tolerance to occur!.
