Good quick fix for sore throats is to have honey disolved in a tiny bit of hot water with some fresh lemon juice (always does the trick), For your stuffy nose put a drop of eucalyptus oil in some warm water in a bowl, with your eyes closed (because it may make them sting if open) place your head over the bowl and put a towel over your head!. Inhale!. This should clear your head for a while!.
Stomach aches are harder to fix!.!. some people swear by a glass of lemonade!? Get better soon :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may be past the self treatment stage!.!.!.go to the doctor!. Chicken broth will ease some of the pain!.!.but a sore throat could be strep and may need to be treated!. hope you both feel better soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
