Sugar levels?!
Question: Sugar levels!?
I got a diabetes kit and started using it the last time i got my sugar tested was about a year ago and it was ok the reason i got it was my dad had it and died from it because it was never cought anyways i was reading 70-104 is normal fastng and under 140 is normal for after eating 2hrs later my fasting was 108 and my lvl after eating was 156!. I ate a tv dinner ( one of the weight watchers ones) and a snack cake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

thats fine, your doing great!. Those numbers are just examples, it doesn't mean that if you are over by a bit that you are in danger!. 156 might go lower as the day goes on, test every couple of hours and you will see that the number changes constantly; just moniter it and make sure you stay away from sugery things and things that are high in carbohydrates like certain bread, bananas etc!. The kit that you have is giving you a range not an exact number!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
