Metastisis of Malignant Melanoma?!

Question: Metastisis of Malignant Melanoma!?
My boyfriend had a malignant Melanoma removed from his back, and was treated!. Lymph nodes were clear!. He has been cancer free now for a year!. My question is, where normally would this metastisise (sp!?) He has had an area on the inside of his mouth!. The inside of his back molar near the bone!. It looked like a bad cancer sore, with a hard yellow area on top!. This area came off a few weeks ago and he felt better!. Now it is hurting once again!. It looks again like a cancer sore to me, but his lymph node in his neck on that side is tender and enlarged!. He is seeing the dentist this morning, but I am scared to death!. Any ideas!? Could this be cancer again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The patient had melanoma 32 years prior and had never had a recurrence!.

I am not saying this is cancer!. I
