No - measles and chickenpox look quite different and would not be mistaken for each other by a doctor!.
Measles causes small red macule/papules (flat or slightly raised bumps) all over the body!. Chickenpox has vesicle (fluid filled lesions - looks like drops of water on the skin) that quickly crust over and appear in crops!.
