Yeah that's true but you'd have to drink ALOT in a short period of time!. I think it's mainly people who enter those water drinking competitions who can get ill from doing that!? Or old people, whose kidney function may be impaired, and people who take ecstasy and then drink too much water afterwards!. I don't think many people could drink too much water in everyday life unless they were really addicted/obsessed!.

If you have too much water in your bloodstream then your blood cells take in too much water via osmosis and burst!. (DEATH!)
You get the headaches because cells in the brain take in too much water and then it presses against your skull!.

Yes I did, taking "E's" can cause this, and then collapse, and if proper help isnt forthcoming usually death, however you have to drink and awful lot over a short period of time, and its very rare unless your kidneys are rubbish you usually just pee it away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That's right, it can!. It will throw off your sodium and potassium levels!. When this balance is off set, it can cause death to a person!. People have died from this, usually from entering a water drinking contest!. Here's a website that talks about it

Yes, i remember reading about a bizarre case about 10 years ago where a mother and daughter drank so much water that they killed themselves, yeah , they said something about the mineral levels in the blood where changed, Strange story but true!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
