Question: I NEED A REALLY GOOD SINUS PILL!?
basically!. i figured im immune to drugs! NOTHING WORKS!. and im always sick!. my sinuses are realy bad!. my nose runs, i cant breath, my eyes water!. i've got it all, and i've tried everything!. does anyone know any effective sinus medication i can take!. my doctors are no help!. they try, but i cant find one that works for at least 12 hours!. plz help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rinse the sinuses out with warm water-inhale a teaspoon at a time!. If you think you have an infection, do a warm salt water rinse first and then a plain warm water rinse!. Blow out the dried mucus!. You probably have allergies!. Stay away from decongestants and antihistamines-they dry your body out causing damage over time!.Take a teaspoon a day of LOCAL honey to control the irritants that are floating in the air!. After a month or so, you won't be bothered any more!. The longer you take the honey, the healthier you will be!. If you have trouble breathing at night, put a small dab of Vicks Vapo Rub at the end of the nostrils and your air ways will stay clear all night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Honey, you really need to see an allergist!. They will test you to try and find the things that you are allergic to and then prescribe you a med to help control it!. You will most likely be a candidate for weekly allergy shots until your allergies are under control!. if you have allergies try zyrtec D
if you get the headache try taking tylenol 4 hrs!. later advil then tylenol (alternate as needed)

Claritin works for my kid, who gets really sick all the time!. She has allergies too!. Usually when she starts getting sick she will take a pill a day for at least 2 - 3 weeks!. She is good to go for a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
