hey i have a sore throat and i think i am losing my voice really and i have a choir concert tommorow what help's other than hot tea and hot choclateWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ricola honey herb lozenges in the orange package, or halls breezers (in a blue package) are the only things that help me other than hot liquids!.
Put a pot of water near the heat vents too, to make sure the air is moist!. Sometimes that helps, but its a long shot!.

Any kind of hot liquid, Paracetamol for the irritation & getting a few extra hours of sleep helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
