Question: Im so sick! I have the flu! How do i get rid of it!!?
I have the runny nose that wont stop!
I have a freakin fever!
I have the urge to throw up at times
I drink gatorade cause the doc said it helps lower your fever, and i dunno wat to do!
I took a hot shower, but my friend said that is going to make it worse!.!
Should I just stay in my room with the door close, or should i go lay down in the living room where its alot bigger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well what you need is lots of rest!. Don't go to work or school!. Take some aleve or ibuprofen to get the fever done the living room would be better so that you are not trapped in small space but try not to get anyone else sick
