Question: Should i sneeze!?
ok for 3 days i have had this tightness in my chest, trouble sleeping, and shortness of breath whereas i cant do hard physical activity!.
My mom says its a cold, since my nose is stuffy, thats wearing me down, but im afraid i might be having a heart attack
My question is, i can feel sneezes coming but im afraid if i sneeze my heart will go hay wire and i will die!.
Should i sneeze or hold them in!?

You are not having a heart attack at age 15!. Even if you were 75 and in the middle of a real heart attack your heart would not go haywire if you sneezed!. Sneeze away and enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont sneeze just to be on the safe side!. then get yourself to the doctor, I had similar symptoms and it turned out to be exercise endused asthma!. If it is no big deal, easy to treat!. Get Betta!.!.!.!.!.!. remember it might not be that so dont be quick to diagnose yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com
Don't hold in your sneezes!. I seriously doubt that it's a heart attack!. I'm not sure of your age but I gather that you are young!. It could be pneumonia or bronchitis!. You should get yourself to a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
