Oh my gosh!! I had that exact same thing last year! I never felt such pain!! I remember i was laying down and tryed to stand up and it felt like i was stretching my skin out off my body i couldn't move for days!. It's horrible!! Think of sunburn this way - the sun actually burned ur skin!. She actually scorched herself!. The good news is, within the next few days the pain will die down!. I asked around and one person said tea bags!. I tryed that over the tub (heated them in hot water then cooled them down and rubbed it on my legs and chest and back)!. I didn't notice a change though!. Some people sware by it!. There was a spray that i bought as well that smelled funky and didn't work at all!. Cold is the best pain relief!. It's a shock to the burned skin at first, but it will dull the pain a bit!. She may want to see the doctor and get a mild pain killer to help!. Or at least she should be taking Ibuprophen every so often!. Tell her i literaly felt her pain, and it will get better!. <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pure aloe vera gel is the best remedy!. It goes on cool, and it moisturizes the skin, it also helps heal the burn!. Don't put ointments/oils on, they will only make it feel worse!. The aloe vera will dry on the skin making it feel tight, carefully lay a cool damp cloth, something lightweight like a tea towel, on the burn, when it warms, take it off shake it in the air to cool it again and keep repeating!. Apply new aloe vera every few hours!. Sitting in a tepid (barely body temperature) bath can help as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard that mustard, vinegar and aloe work, but if she is getting nausea's and is in intense pain then she needs to go to the hospital she could have sun poisoning!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use some Aloe Vera gel and apply every half hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
