I take Amaryl and Actos, after meal my number is less than 100 before meal it is usually between 50-89!. Do you think I can control my diabetes without medicine!?By the way, when I was diagnosed my blood sugar was 740!. I was hospitalized overnight and given insulin every hour on the hour and it went down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be asking your doctor!. The 2 of you can decide if you need less meds than you are taking now!.
I can only dream of your numbers!! But if I get down around 50 I start having the HYPO symptoms of whiteouts, dizzies, and beginning to lose touch with reality!.
If you are continuously going that low or doing it very frequently, you need to be consulting your doctor!. Both of those meds can cause the Hypos!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sorry to say but you have to be on medication for whole life!. However you can try yoga, and try ayurved over the period it will reduce your dosage,
