Speaking from experience: Spherocytosis is more common in children than adults!. It runs in my family!. My grandmother had hers removed at the age of 4, my mom and aunt had theirs removed at 5 and me and all my female cousins had ours removed at the age of 3!. My daughter is now 5 and is being monitored very carefully for this condition!. If your son is having the pains, and if his belly is sore and distended, you need to take him to the Emergency room IMMEDIATELY and do not let up until they check him out thoroughly!.

If your child is in pain and your doctor has to be informed more than once, take your child to A&E!. Don't mess about asking questions on here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my advise is if in doubt go to your local A&E they won't mind giving him the once over just for your own peace of mind, hope your boy gets well soon!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
