like the top half has the white blotches and they arnt dry skin patches and is there anything i can do to get rid of them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have that too!. it is called pigmentation!. talk to your doctor he will perscribe something that can make it lessen up or even go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
im not totally sure, but it could be 'keratosis pilaris' or something like that, they call it 'kp' or 'chicken skin' gross i know but i have it on the back of my arms!. ive tried lots of stuff and i found that its better if i lay out in the sun they go away for some reason!. also going swimming too, like the chlorine kills it!. i might be wrong, sorry!. it could be what the first person said!. you should google 'kp' and see if its what it isWww@Answer-Health@Com
