beconase is very good cetirizine is a good anti histamine its one a day non drowsy and its just a wee pill!!! ive suffered for 24 years and im sure theyre the best ive had!if you can manage eyedrops take them too!. dont stay in thinking its better for you cos it can still be a nightmare indoors!. keep vaseline or moisturiser handy saves a red raw nose!!! good luck hop its a help x cocaine as a last resort hee hee i'll be in touch if my hayf gets too bad!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hello,, well before you start putting anything in your nose,, you might want to put that sweater in a plastic bag for a few days and see if thats what it is!. And for allergies I use flonase,, I tried beconaise but it gave me a yeast infection in my throat!. And flonase smells like roses so it's not so bad!. But it is prescription so you'd have to see your doctor to get it!. But I would definitely try doing without the sweater first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have also had itchy nostrils but i find using a nasal trimmer to cut the nasal hairs out then using listerine to sterilise the area helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
