Question: I need something that can help with acne that is fast and simple to use but very effective!.!?
Yeah I have used a lot of off the shelf items, I have tried a few kits 1 from johnson and johnson and I am currently trying proactive!. My mom actually says its hereditary but I am guessing that there has to be something I can to to ease them up!. Usually I need something I can just wash my face chest and back with in the shower because I have very fast pace mornings and don't always have time to apply 3 differant things to my face + the drying times in between!. So any help what so ever be appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

couple things I recommend!.!.!.long story short, I have struggled w/acne all my life and am 34!. My mom says it's hereditary too!! (And it is)!. However, there is a bar of soap you can get at drug stores for around 2 bucks!. I have it in my shower now, but the name is melted off and I can't remember it!. My aunt recommeded it to me and it's a basic soap (no brand name) something with a % sign in the label!. You'll find it or ask the pharmicist!. Use it on body, back, neck etc, but it's very drying and you should only leave it on a minute or so before rinsing!. Incidentally this soap is prescribed by Dermo's in a cream form for around 150 dollars!. So this was a real discovery my aunt made and shared w/me!. (She has struggled w/acne too all her life!.!.!.thus the hereditary part!.) For the face, Nuetrogena came out w/ a system for $17 called Advanced Solutions!. Cleanser, night treatment and then a daily moisturizer!. Pretty fast and of everything I have tried in the 20 years I have struggled, this beats all!. I have been on every Rx there is and OTC (over the counter) and tried ProActive TWICE!. This system from Nuetrogena puts them all to shame!. I recommend it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use a face wash!. loreal has a good one!.!.!. i use it, and i works fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
