Excess protein in my urine?!

Question: Excess protein in my urine!?
I went to the clinic last week for a physical!. When they piss tested me last week, it showed up with 100 mg of protein in the sample when the norm is supposed to be 10 mg!. So my level was ten times the norm!. I went in today for a follow up piss test!. My urine was a slightly different color and it was less concentrated but my protein level was 100 mg anyway which is exactly the same as it was last week!.

I don't drink protein shakes, I haven't worked out in a month and a half!. I used the diabetes tester that my dad uses so my glucose levels are fine!. I don't have diabetes!.

Are my kidneys giving me the middle finger!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
