Question: I am stuck at work and my allergies are killing me!.!.!.!.!.!?
My eyes are waterie and itchy, my nose is stuffy and I feel like Crap!.!.!.!.What can I do to relive this while I am stuck at work with no meds in site!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try to bring meds to work, if not try not to rub you eyes for it will make it worse!. A lot of times a good cough or sneeze will provide some relief, so give it a try but have some tissues ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Is there a way you could step out and run to a local gas station or something to grab some!?

i really dont know if this will help but try running hot water and breathing in the steam for a few mins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
