What are some possible cause for fainting/light headedness?!

Question: What are some possible cause for fainting/light headedness!?
I have gotten really dizzy, as if the room was spinning, twice!.

I think it could be the fact that I havent eaten too much today, but i havent eaten that little!. I had two waffles in the morning, a doughnut, and a slice of pizzza!.

I know that's not healthy at all, but i normally don't get like this!.
The only thing different is that i have allergies right now!.

Apart from being dizzy, I've been feeling light headed too!.

Any ideas why this could be!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I don't have allergies, but I do have a balance disorder!. I don't think you have a balance disorder of any sort!. I might suggest a nice hearthy fulfilling meal!. Just eat something that makes you full, if your hungry!. Just so you know it's not the food causing the problems!. Then I would get some lovely shut eye, and sleep a little more to catch up for the lost hours of sleep you lost!. But here's a tip when you feel like your spinning around the room!. Just stare and try your hardest not to blink at a non-moving item!. Make an 'x' on the floor and just stare at it!. Eventually your balance should come back to normal!. I hope this helps!.
