Question: Why does my skin colour changes to light brown my skin colour is asian white!?
MY SKIN COLOUR IS WHITE ASIAN IT SOMETIMES CHANGES TO LIGHT BROWN I HAVE GOT ASTHMA TOO IS BECUSE OF ASTHMA MY SKIN COLOUR CHANGE!? MY HEALTH IS NOT GOOD WHT CAN I EAT TOO IMPROVE IT !.I DRINK A LOT OF WATER,EAT VEGETABLE ,FRUITS BUT IDRINK A LOT OF SOFT DRINKS I'M SLIM I WANT TO LOOK HEALTHY AND I 'M FOURTEEN YRS OLD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have heard that soft drinks are not very good for the health!. If you drink them now and then it's ok, but if you drink, e!.g!. one big bottle a day, it is not soo good!. Try to drink natural fruit juices instead!. As for the colour changes of your skin, some food contains beta-carot
