Glandular Fever?!

Question: Glandular Fever!?
Back in August 2006 I was diagnosed with having Glandular Fever!. I thought my Dr was just talking a guess, but when it showed up as positive in my blood test then I beleived her!. I had a really rough few months with it, but in time it did go away!.

My question is this: since having glandular fever do any of you still suffer with your glands!. Its now almost 2 years down the line and the glands in the right side of my neck are swollen and tender!. I feel abit tired but I don't feel as bad as when I had GF fully!. Does anyone else get reoccuring gland problems since having it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

when ever i get run down my glands swell!. I have had this ever sense i had glandular feverWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had Glandualr Fever when I was a teenager and it was hell so I can sympathise!. I would go and get a check up because if your glands are still up there could be an underlying cause, on the other hand it could be your Thyroid - Go and make an appointment today, sooner its checked out the better! I should imagine the Doctor will want to examine and do a full set of bloods that will be able to determine infection and also thyroid function so dont panic just yet!.
Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might be a coincidence,it sounds as if you might have a thyroid problem,or you could be lacking iron!.I'd see your doctor again!.Glandular fever takes a fair while to go away, but you should be ok now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive too had it before, i think you can still get the symptoms, but not the actual fever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
