I believe I got it from my workplace!. I drank a free latte and I think my co-worker who prepared it for me might have used milk that had cooled down to less than 140 degrees (F) and he just heated it up again without adding cold milk first!. I didn't watch him do it, so I'm not sure!. But I've seen some baristas do that: They'll just warm up the milk as is without dumping the old milk first or adding cold milk!. The only other thing I had there was a jalapeno cheese bagel with cream cheese!. That could be it too!.
Anyway, what should I do for the poisoning!. I never go to the doctor, by the way, and I get food poisoning occasionally!. It seems to affect my lower intestine/bladder too, because it hurts when I touch that area and when I'm peeing!. I have just slight, gooey /watery diarrhea, not like when I have just regular diarrhea!. (Sorry if I got too graphic there!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a pharmacy and buy over the counter drugs against food poisoning!.It will take some time to cure,but you know that already from prior experiences!.

It is very important to replace your electrolytes!. You do this by drinking gatorade or pedialyte!. You need to drink very small amounts of fluid throughout the day!.!.preferably water and the gatorade (or other sport drink) or pedialyte!. Your system needs to rid itself of the toxins and so the vomiting is necessary and don't be surprised if you suddenly have diahrea!. I think you should also go home now!. If you continue to throw up and/or have diahrea you need to call your doctor and he can prescribe something to stop the vomiting and diahrea!. If it persists too long you are at risk of becoming dehydrated!. Tell your employer you need to go home now! I have had food poisening and I know how horrible it is!. I actually thought I could possibly die!.!.!.I was that sick! I sincerely hope you feel better very soon!
