Blood test, urine tests and drugs?!
Question: Blood test, urine tests and drugs!?
I went for blood tests because i am anemic the other day and normally they do not ask for a urine sample, but I went to a different place and they told me it was part of the typical routine to also take urine tests with the blood tests!. I asked what they tested for in the urine and the lady said "like sugar and things like that", but i'm wondering if any of you know if in that test they were also checking for drugs!. I smoked weed about three weeks ago and I'm worried that it may show up in the test!.
The doctor called the other night and told my mom that I am still anemic but a few other things came up abnormal!. When my mom questioned what it was she said she could not tell us and that we had to make an appointment with the doctor to talk to us!. Would this by any chance be weed that showed up in my system!?
I've also been told that if they are not specifically testing for drugs, they cannot tell your parents or give out that information to others!. Is this trueWww@Answer-Health@Com

Very much doubt they would test for drugs, unless there was some reason for thinking it would explain your symptoms!. Weed doesn't cause anaemia so I don't see why they would test for it!. There are also legal issues about testing for drugs without the person's permission!. Don't stress!Www@Answer-Health@Com
