Any fever under 100!.8F is considered low grade fever!. Most of the causes are benign (not life threatening) diseases, like a cold or a minor gastric infection!. You should call your doctor if you feel dizzy, have irregular breathing, develop a red or purple rash, vomit more than 4 times in a 24 hour period or have a stiff neck!.
