Question: Where's the best place to hide from tree allergies in May!?
For a person who's tree allergies are off the charts in May where is good place to hide!? And what are some good coping skills!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For me, also have tree allergies, the rainy days are such a relief!.!.!.the pollens in the air are washed out and I can breathe again!.
It's miserable though, isn't it!. One day maybe I'll try being 'bubble girl' during January and June (conifers and grasses)!.
Another big help was installing a really good air filter on my furnace system!.
If you don't have a forced air system, there are many room air purifiers with Hepa filters that can do wonders for the air quality in your home!. Maybe put one in your bedroom, close the door and leave it running all day so you can sleep!.

I sympathize with you!. I am suffering worse then ever this season!. Being stuck inside helps very little!. I've found that Claritin makes me sleepy, but Zyrtec has helped a little!. I found some allergy eye drops OTC, but they only help for about 15 minutes or so after I put them in!. Try different things and hopefully you'll find some relief!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Short of moving, stay in centrally air-conditioned buildings!. These systems tend to filter out the pollen more!. Also consider getting and electronic air cleaner on your furnace/ariconditioner!. It really cuts down on the recycled pollen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

under the covers onyour bed ! I tell ya I have them also and it's a nightmare for me ! I have the worst headaches and stopped up nose and well it's really Hell on me good luck with yours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Southwest US - I suffer with horrible allergies and have no problems when I visit Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, etc!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Indoors!. Go to the clinic and get an annual allergy shot!. I do and I'm fine during the allergy months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
