my throat hurts and my nose is plugged
what should i do!?!? i can't get out of the talent show

Drink some warm soup --Preferably nothing with extreme creaminess or cheese-- and only drink warm water, not cold!. For your nose, try taking some medicine that reduces sinus pressure like Vick's cough syrup-- it treats sinus pressure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
