Question: My cold sore scab peeled! what do I do!?

I have a cold sore right now!. It was at the very last stage of the process and I made a promise to myself not to peel the scab!. However when I woke up this morning There was a trail of bloo d from the area down the side of my mouth and the scab was gone!. I have no idea what happened!
What's going to happen to the wound!? What should I do to lessen the possible damage by this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
