Question: Dandruff Dander on face!.!. I have this itching on my eyebrows and lower forehead!?
My dermatolgist told me a few years ago what salve to use to help the itching problem!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe an over the counter hydrocortisone (either 1 or 2%) or anti-itch cream would work!.
Don't use any astringents or alcohol on your face!. I think a moisturizer mght be a good way to go after it clears up, but I think you may really want to go back to the dr!. as it might be an allergyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have it, too!. Dermatologist said it's sebborhea (I know I'm not spelling that correctly, sorry)!. I have an on-going Rx for Aclovate ointment (comes in cream, too)!. A tube will last me years!. Mine flares up if I don't keep my face washed twice daily, and I can't wash it in the shower--makes it worse, it seems!. I have to use a very mild cleanser (I use Aveeno), too!. The Aclovate does come in a generic, if that helps your co-pay be less!. I don't see the dermatologist anymore, but everytime I've seen a new doctor and needed a new prescription for it, they comply without batting an eye!. I love it and it only takes a tiny amount, 2-3 days to get relief!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'd just say that it's because your skin is mouisturized enough!. By some lotion and I'm sure it'll get better!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
