Picking at scabs...?!

Question: Picking at scabs!.!.!.!?
I have this problem with picking at scabs!. I purposely scratch myself until I have broken skin and then I will pick the scab that develops over and over and over again!. I have some scabs that are now several months old!. Does anyone have a good way of making scabs heal quickly (besides not picking at them)!? I think that part of the problem is that I absentmindedly scratch at them!.!.!.then realize that I'm bleeding!. I have them on my arms, legs, back and rear!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You should put some Neosporin (clear ointment for skin) on the scab and put a band-aid over it!. That way you won't be able to pick the scab!. Neosporin really works on skin!. Just change your band-aid everyday with the ointment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
