i got my hep c results after 11 week past exposure it came back non-reactive!.What does non-reactive mean and are my results conclusive!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Non reactive means you do not have the antibodies to hep c!. You haven't been exposed to it!. Good thing you didn't commit suicide yesterday, as you posted in one of your questions!. Depending on the test, they are looking for either antibodies to the Hep C virus or Hep C genetic code (RNA)!. A non reactive result means they could not find either of these!. Which means at this time they think you do not have the disease!. But there is always a chance for a false negative!. That means a test that says you do not have the disease but in reality you do have it!. It is good to follow up with you doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
