Is it bad i dont know my blood type?!

Question: Is it bad i dont know my blood type!?
Answers:
in my opinion, it is!.

you can either be pro-active about your health, or just lay back and wait for 'what ever' to happen!. The more you know about your body, and your health, the better!.

I suppose I feel this way due to my age and own life experiences!. I get the feeling I'm a bit older than the previous responders ;-) I'm 52!.

but here is a hypothetical; a bit far fetched, but possible!. you are out on a trip in the boonies!. you get injured!. you need a transfusion!. there are people with all blood types present- but- you don't know your blood type!. you are hosed!.

ask your parents!. ask your doc!. be pro-active!. or be a sheep!.

your choice!.

It's not unusual for someone not to know their blood type!. No one may know !.!.!. they don't usually go to the trouble of finding out unless you have surgery or you give blood!.

You don't even have to visit a lab to find out !.!.!. just donate blood!. Or if you've had surgery in the past, call the hospital where you had it!. They check it before you have surgery just in case you need a blood transfusion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
