Question: Nursing interventions!?
Im lost a client has been diagnosed with heart disease and i need to come up with nursing interventions and i just cant get it this is all the info i have to go on!? any ideasWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can educate your client on a "heart healthy diet" such as low fat, low salt, low cholesterol!.
You can educate your client on the medications that they are taking!.
If it is an inpatient, you can monitor heart rate and rhythm, assess blood pressure, assess for chest pain!.

I had to do my own homework, and so should you!. But let me point you in the direction of 3 great tools! I highly recommend these 2 books as they made care plans less of a hassle in nursing school!.
