Swollen Lymph Node on neck...?!

Question: Swollen Lymph Node on neck!.!.!.!?
My Lymph node is swollen on the left side of my neck!. Then it got sore and hurt to talk and swallow a bit!. The soreness went away in 4 days but the swollne part is still there!. I hear that if you can move it, it's not cancer!. I can't really move it as it feels like it's part of my muscle!? I have the faint bump on my right which is normal, it's just the left side is twice the size!. Should I see a doctor!? Thanks in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Being tender does not differentiate between normal and cancerous!.

Rock hard nodes are more likely from some other type of metastatic cancer not lymphoma

Firm but rubbery nodes could be lymphoma

Soft nodes are most likely infection!.

Shotty nodes (multiple buckshot size) are likely viral in nature

Perhaps the most important thing to remember is that it is "normal" for lymph nodes to swell in response to any type of infection or immune system action!. That is why they are there in the first place!.

All-in-all, yes, go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that may be just a swollen gland that comes with cold symptoms ,take vitamin C and eat garlic maybe rub some on the spot to send through your skinWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, see a doctor!. More than likely it is a swollen lymph node due to fighting an infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
