Question: How can you tell if you sugar level is high or low!?
i am at work i cant go check it but i feel a little sick to my stomach!. My finger tips are cold and i feel a little dizzy like i could pass out any minute!. How can i tell if my dugar level is high or low!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you should be wearing medical ID so that if you do pass out your co workers will know to call 911!. If you are unresponsive then no one can give you anything by mouth to correct your low!.
Second, if you are prone to going low often you should have your meter with you!. If you have not made your place of employment aware of your diabetes, you by all means should and you are protected by law for this!.
I don't think there are any cut and dry answers of whether you know if you are high or low with out testing on a meter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

usually i feel shaky and dizzy when my sugar is super low!. when i wait a really long time to eat!. when its high i start to feel hot like when you have a fevor!. when its super high i start to get a headache and most of the time i have to go to bed to sleep it off!. i think everyones symtoms are a little different!. when your diagnosed they give you a chart with the high and low symtoms and i think they effect everyone different!. you have to experience them to kinda figure out your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes ,!.the best way is too measure it with ur monitor,!.!.but i realize this may not be possible!?!? So its prob best to err on the side of "high" than "low" as we know the dangers it represents!.!.!.i have had Type I for a while and sometimes all i do is "yawn" and then i do a check it turns out to be super low!.!.!.!.so good luck to you,!.!.!.!.be well!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
