They both work the same!. Although Sybicort claims to have a faster onset!.
They Both contain a Long acting bronchodilator beta agonist that lasts for up to 12 hours to treat bronchial smooth muscle constriction!.
They also both contain a corticosteroid to treat airway inflammation!.
Advair = salmeterol (serevent) and Fluticasone (Flovent)
Comes in strengths of 500/50, 250/50, 100/50
Symbicort = formoterol (Foradil) and Budesenide (Pulmicort)
Comes in strengths of 80/4!.5, 160/4!.5
They are both prescribed the same, One inhalation twice a day 12 hours apart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
