none on my face!.
i use to have alot on my back but i just started scrubbing my back with zit face wash with a scrubber daily!.
but i still have quit alot!.

You may not believe me but trust me on this, it works!. It made my back feel as soft as a baby's bottom and not bumpy at all (only after 2-3 days of using it)!.
Mix the shampoo with water until it becomes foamy!. Rub it on your back and wash it off with warm water!. Don't put it on your back for too long because it can make your skin red for a few days!.

Use a body wash meant for body acne, Neutrogina has one as well as a few other brands, I think Clearasil and clean and clear have one as well!. You might also want to put a medicated creme on them as well!. You could use like "spot" treatment for acne on it, have your mom or dad or who ever you want to help you put it on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't ever pop cystic acne or large pimples!.!.this will cause scarring!. If you have tried over the counter products containing sulfur, salycic acid, and benzoyl peroxide, and these have not worked I'd suggest scheduling an appointment with a Dermatologist!. Perhaps he/she will put you on antibiotics, or prescriptions acne creams!.!.!.and if these don't work then accutane will be your last resource!.
I personally don't think you should be using a scrubber!.!.this only irritates the skin and makes the acne worse!. But if you choose to do so, do it gently!.

Use a antibacterial soap and a scrub brush every time!. Then after you have dried your back fully , apply Witch Hazel with a cottonball on your back!. It might be easier for someone else to apply the Witch Hazel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Same way you would do it on your face!. Basically scrubbing it with zit face wash isn't enough you would have to used the cream medication as well!. I used clearasil and it works fine on me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get someone to pop the larger, more unreachable ones for you!.
Continue scrubbing your back!.
Change your diet to less oily foods!.
Drink lots of water and orange juice!.

there are special body washes designed to fight acne other places than your face!. I believe neutrogena makes one!. If its really bothering you, see a dermatologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
