Get any kind of face wash that has 2% (or higher) salycic acid (ex!. neutrogena's acne fading peel) and a moisturizer (no oil in them) for your skin!. Wash off your face with water that has 1 or 2 lids of rice or apple vinegar (that'll get rid of the redness immediately - if you wants)!. Also, use eggs to fade scars (if you has any) and reduce breakouts!. One more thing, for discoloration that occurs because of pimples, mix white toothpaste with a drop or two of rice or apple vinegar!. It needs to be creamy and not liquidy!. This will get rid of the discolorations in a few days if its new and a week or so if it's old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can use apricot scrub there different kinda soo yu can usee the moderate one and then you should gett clean and clear deep cleaning astringent this dosn't make your skin dryy it helps keep it clean and gets rid of pimples:) and then you should get a moisturizer from ponds those ones don't give me pimples ithey jus help keep the dryness away its the only kind i usee!. You can even use the moisturizer from proactive if you still have it it works good tooWww@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot use pro-activ, once you come off it, your skin goes to ****

look for cleansing products that have tea-tree extract in them, as this will sooth your skin and help control oily breakouts!. a good idea is getting an aloe vera plant!. split a leaf open and rub the aloe on your face - it will help both dry skin and oily skin!

at night, use a headband or pin to keep your hair off of your face!. avoid touching your face excessively as it spreads bacteria!. you also need to exfoliate - this can be an apricot scrub, or any good facial scrub available in the high street!. my tip is to uise a teaspoon of sugar, with a little of your regular face wash!. it is a fantastic and cheap exfoliater that works very well!

good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
