Use warm salt(non-iodized) water (good sea salt is my preference) and a neti pot!. I use it twice to daily during allergy season to keep my sinuses clear and reduce my need for over the counter sinus and allergy medicines!. Many yoga studios and health food stores sell them!. If you can't find a neti pot in a store near you, you can also use a bulb syringe!.!.!.you can find these at any drug store!.

Do a google search for How to use a neti pot, (sometimes spelled netty pot) and you will find good directions!. You basically are rinsing your sinuses cavity with saline water that will loosen and remove built up mucus!. The saline also helps to soothe nasal passages and rinse out irritants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a wad of Vick's Vaporub, put it on a washcloth in the sink and let hot!.!.!.hot!.!.!.hot water pour on it!. Put a towel over your head, lean down and breathe in the fumes!. That should break up the snot!. Blow out as much as you can and hawk that crap up out of your throat!. Then take a benadryl or something else with diphenhydramine in it and take a nap!. Shove a little Vicks up each nostril, too!. Sorry you're all snotted up, Poob!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
