Asthma: coughing?!

Question: Asthma: coughing!?
I've been having sporadic coughing fits the past 4 days because of my asthma!. My cough is either wheezy, or a dry rattle in my chest!. I took my nebulizer yesterday because my chest kept feeling tight!. I'm on a few preventatives (Symbicort, Spiriva and Singulair) and have been taking them daily as well!.

The past 2 days, my throat has become really sore!.!.!.and my body feels achy!. I barely have energy to cough anymore!.

Do any other asthmatics experience the constant coughing!? All my coughs are dry and nothing is coming up!. Why is my medicine not stopping it!? Is there anything else I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your medication is not working, possibly due to a new allergy or to an old allergy that you have become more sensitive to or more exposed to (since it's that time of year)

You throat is sore from the constant coughing

The constant coughing is from overproduction of mucous!.

The overproduction of mucous is from the asthma attack, it is also what is causing the wheezing!.

You are achy from oxygen deprivation, haven't you ever noticed that after a major attack your muscles feel bruised!? That's what's happening now!.

All in all you need to get to a doctor ASAP and get your medication figured out, or go into the ER!. You are lucky that it hasn't gotten more severe yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its called chronic asthma, if it gets to bad you might get chest pains, at this time you should ring the hospital up, because at this time you could have to take 8 pills every 8 hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can try a hot shower but sounds like it is time to go to the docWww@Answer-Health@Com

See a doctor - if your medications are no longer working - maybe it is time for a change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
