I did find the blood glucose levels confusing at first!. I mean HbA1C and daily finger prick blood glucose levels!.

Visit my blog site and print off the Blood Glucose Level chart which relates the HbA1C and daily finger prick blood glucose levels!. Just remember the HbA1C is the average of the last 90 days and the daily finger prick blood glucose is a spot sample of the time you took it !. It can vary widely through out the day!.

Your life style goal to work to a HbA1C of 5 to 6 or a daily finger prick blood glucose level of 80 to 120 if possible, Study the chart I have also included conversion for Canada!. Study the chart, I hope it helps!.
