Hepatitis C is transmitted ONLY by blood to blood contact; not through bodily fluids!.

Hepatitis C is rarely transmitted through sexual contact UNLESS there is blood to blood cross contamination during sex!. Usually that is from rough sex or anal sex or through atypical kinky sex practices!. The CDC does not recommend people who are in stable, monogamous, heterosexual relationships to change their sexual practices or use protection!.

HCV-positive persons with one long-term steady sex partner do not need to change their sexual practices!. (about 2/3 of the way down on the page)

hepatitis hve many subtypes A,B ,C ,D,E,and G etc!. A and E are not transmitted sexually!. they are not that severe also - usually short lasting and self limitting!. but B , C and D are dangerous !. they are transmitted sexually!.they may persist for a very long time ,say ,a lifetime!. medicines are available which allows a near normal life ,anyway!. a condom can definitely protect you !. prevention is better than cure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can!. You have a better chance of catching through blood (sharing used needles for example), but there is a chance you can catch it through sex!. No, there is no cure!. Use protection and keep in mind that that is not always 100%!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
