Question: IS IT NORMAL to have acute sinitis (sinus infection) 4-5 times a year!?
Answers:
Yes!. Some people are more prone to chronic sinusitis!. I'm one of those people, too!. Just watch your symptoms and, when you start "running green", you know it's time to see your doctor for an antibiotic!. Also, by now you should probaably know which times of the year the sinus infections come, so you may want to try using things to help you avoid them, such as a humidifier, saline nasal spray, etc!., at those particular times of the year!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.!.it is not normal!. I used to get sinus infections 3-4 times a year!. I went in for some blood work and they diagnosed me with an autoimmune disorder!. I read that artificial sweetners were bad for the immune system and ever since i stopped usiong them, I have been so much better and have perhaps only 1 per year if any at all!. Your immune sytem may be weak or your nutritional staus compromised!. Take a multi-vitamin daily and eat healthier!. It has really help me in the long run!. Good luck friend!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's a bacterial infection, then it could be the SAME infection, coming back again because the antibiotic you're on isn't killing it all!. You may have to try a few types of abx before you get a thorough kill!.

Or it could be a yeast or a fungus or perhaps an allergy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't say 'normal' but do some people have it several times a yr!.!? Yes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
