I am curious as to what this might be!?
I have spent as much as 6 hours straight sitting on the side the bed getting mucus up!.
I'm afraid it could be cystic fibrosis!.
What do you think!?

I have read about both CF and asthma!.
The doctor I alreay went to said it was asthma, but I do not
have traditional asthma symptoms!.

I agree with what your doctor already said, sounds like asthma!.
Not everyone has traditional symptoms!. My daughters asthma also does the same thing, she is fine all day then coughs all night!. Well, that is what used to happen!. Her asthma is well controlled and now the only time she usually has problems with her asthma is when she is sick with a cold or gets over-heated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your bronchial tubes may have been infected some time in the past and never fully healed!. I had a cough that lasted 2 years after a two week flu!. The solution was an inhaler!. I think it was called Advent and it was in a plastic purple round box!. After using that for a week, the problem disappeared!. All it did was reduce the inflammation of the bronchial tubes so they could heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Perhaps it is asthma that is being brought on by allergies from your bed!. I know I'm generally fine, but beds can make me wheezy!. Seeing as you've read plenty on CF and asthma, I'm not sure what you want to know!? Perhaps you should just try and be patient and wait for that doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
