Answers:
Blood tests are not always 100% accurate!.!.!.
it may take more than one to confirm any
raise in these enzymes!.
Exercising before having the test done can
raise these levels!.
Some people have higher levels and it
can be normal for them, but not always!.
The AST and ALT levels are known as the liver enzymes!. The ALT is made more
in the liver than the AST which is made in
other organs also!. They can show signs
of a problem with the liver like liver damage
or inflammation!. However, it takes more
than this test to confirm it!. There is
also blood testing done known as the
Liver function tests and also a viral test to
see if a problem occurs because of a
virus like Hep A,B,C, etc!.

Inflammation of the liver can be treated
and the liver cells can heal!.
Things that cause liver problems are:
alcohol consumption, medication toxification, chemical exposure,
being overweight which could cause
a fatty liver!. These are things that
you can do something about!. Things
you cannot do much about are biliary
problems, hereditary disease,
auto immune disease, and viral infections!.!.!.
These all cause liver troubles!.

I know it is hard to wait to see what they
doctor may say!. I would not worry too
much as this may be a mistake or not
serious at all!. Best of wishes to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know anything about the levels, but call either your doctor or the lab that did the processing!. Some labs have a different scale than others!. I would refrain from drinking alcohol and taking un necessary medications (illegal drugs or Advil in excess)!. Ask your doctor (or whoever you speak to) what this means and what you can do!. And don't freak out!. Worrying accomplishes nothing, but taking precautions is helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
