I am an adult that has had leukemia!. I am now in remission!. I was in the hospital the first time for 8 weeks!. The second time 4 days and the 3rd time for 8 days!. I am coming up on a year in remission!. Do you know which kind of leukemia she has!. It really depends on what kind of leukemia she has and how long she has had it!. leukemia is a cancer of the blood or bone marrow and is characterized by an abnormal proliferation (production by multiplication) of blood cells, usually white blood cells,she will need to do chemotherapy,(depends on the type and the stage) there are different types of leukemia so it depends on which form she has!.she might be a while in the hospital!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That depends on many different things!. A boy in m girlfriend's sister's school (and my former high school) was diagnosed with the same thing!. He was in the hospital for a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
